In an interview with TMZ, Linda, 65, shared that Hulk had spent over $3 million on their daughter Brooke’s career without hesitation, calling him a “fantastic” person overall despite their personal issues. Linda also noted that Hulk had been “really distraught and saddened” by his estrangement from Brooke.
Linda explained that Brooke, who has not spoken to her parents in years, cut them out of her life for what she described as “bogus, selfish, childish reasons.” She expressed sadness over not being able to be a grandmother to Brooke’s twins, born in January, but still hoped they would learn about their grandfather’s legacy. While acknowledging that Hulk had been a difficult husband, she maintained that he was always a good father.
Linda revealed that she no longer believes reconciliation with Brooke is possible, expressing that the damage had already been done after Brooke got married and had children without reaching out to them. These comments came just days after Linda publicly accused Hulk of being a liar and a sex addict in an Instagram post, where she also expressed her sadness over their marriage and her reluctance to remarry. Brooke, in turn, had posted on Instagram earlier, alleging she had been verbally, mentally, and sometimes physically abused throughout her childhood, explaining the estrangement from her parents.
