Meghan Markle is finally set to return to our screens once again with her brand new Netflix series, With Love, Meghan.
While fans are eager to see her latest project, it promises to be a stark departure from her initial offering on the platform. Meghan joined forces with her husband Prince Harry to create Harry & Meghan, which was rife with royal drama, emotional revelations and insider secrets.
Meghan’s upcoming eight-part lifestyle show is anticipated to be a highly curated affair, featuring the former Suits star alongside her celebrity friends as she gives out advice on cooking, gardening and entertaining.
In contrast, the 2022 docuseries Harry & Meghan offered viewers a candid peek into the couple’s private life, capturing them in vulnerable moments amid family drama.

One particularly memorable scene from the documentary showed Harry receiving a text from his brother Prince William following their explosive interview with Oprah Winfrey.
On camera, Meghan was seen speaking with their friend Tyler Perry on the phone when a visibly concerned Harry approached and presented her with a message on his phone. A puzzled Meghan asked, “What am I looking at?” before reading the text and responding with a single, astonished word, “Wow.”
The couple exchanged a look before Meghan resumed her conversation with Perry, remarking, “H just got a text from his brother.” An agitated Harry admitted, “I wish I knew what to do.”
Meghan replied, “I know. Let’s take a breather. Get some air and then decide.” She then rose from her seat and wrapped her arms around Harry’s waist, giving him a tender hug.
The pair stood together, staring out the window in silence while the cameras continued to capture the intimate moment. Despite receiving mixed reviews, the couple’s documentary shattered streaming records and became Netflix’s biggest documentary debut with an impressive 81.6 million hours watched in its first four days.
The documentary also garnered numerous TV award nominations but did not secure any top prizes. In her upcoming series, With Love, Meghan, the Duchess of Sussex will be joined by several close friends, including Mindy Kaling and her former Suits co-star Abigail Spencer. Celebrity chef Roy Choi will also make an appearance, showcasing his culinary skills in the kitchen.
Additionally, Meghan has invited her wedding makeup artist, Daniel Martin, to participate in the series. Initially slated for release in January, the lifestyle series was postponed due to the California wildfires.
Upon announcing the delay, Meghan expressed her gratitude to Netflix for their support, stating, “I’m thankful to my partners at Netflix for supporting me in delaying the launch, as we focus on the needs of those impacted by the wildfires in my home state of California.”
